skill level, background and community.  We strive to offer clients and patients a variety of healing modalities while striking a balance between newly trained and experienced practitioners.  All practitioners run independent businesses within the wellness center but come together for promotions and to make decisions about the direction of the center.

Donna is cofounder of Park Lane Wellness Center, is an artist and has been a Licensed Massage Practitioner for 11 years.  She graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in 1996, where she received a solid education in treatment massage.  Donna's focus is on helping her clients experience a more balanced life through increased body awareness, stress reduction,
pain relief, and improved flexibility.  She has a creative approach to healing, utilizing a blend of clinical, energetic and intuitive modalities that include deep tissue, cranial sacral therapy, trigger point therapy, fascial release (based on the work of Thomas Meyers), somatic re-education (based on the work of Thomas
 Hanna), Reiki,  relaxation massage, aromatic heated stone massage and aromatherapy.   She is a designated clinical massage therapist through the AmericanWhole Health Network and a provider with most insurance plans including Premera, Lifewise,Uniform, Aetna, Group Health, Cigna and FirstChoice.  To learn more visit her website.

Denise is cofounder of Park Lane Wellness Center and has been a Licensed Massage Practitioner and a Certified acutherapist for 17 years.  During these
years she has continued her studies in many
massage related specialties including injury
treatment, deep tissue massage and cranial sacral
therapy.  Denise is dedicated to working with her
 clients to find the most effective and caring way
to reduce pain, restore health, flexibility, humor and vitality.  She is a contributor to many charities and has volunteered, most recently as a children's groupfacilitator with Evergreen Family Grief and Bereavement in Kirklandand, the Avon 3 Day 60 mile walks as a walker, and a
massage practitioner.  She is covered by L & I
insurance, Personal Injury insurance and
some health insurance plans.

Jennifer is an Intuitive Energy Healer, who is 
closely attuned to working with the angels and
spiritual realms.  "Healing begins with awareness.
When we are aware, we create a space for healing
and energy flows."  In her practice Jennifer
uses an array of intuitive and creative techniques
that are specifically designed for expanding
awareness.  She has been a licensed massage
practitioner for ten years and holds a second
degree in the Reiki Healing Arts.
